2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
